   Helping you Depression can be behind self injury

Helping You

The biggest step you can take is to admit to yourself that you have a problem, from there, it may well be a natural step to start thinking about what you can do about your problem.

There are many questions to ask yourself;
is your SI caused by: depression; anxiety; compulsions; low self esteem; home stress; school stress; work stress; study stress; family stress; partner stress?

What can you do about these stressors and causes?

LifeSIGNS can't offer a full psychological service, we must focus on the SI, but inthe long term, it is necessary for you to face the underlying issues that trigger your SI.
